Production machine for the manufacture of identification wristbands
e.g. for admission and access control at events

Material to be processed: PE/PE-LD roll

Roll width: 350 mm

Narrow bands and also bands with a wider labelling field can be produced!

The bands are issued in sheets (size approx. 335 x 245; depending on the band design)
and can then easily be separated individually. Subsequent printing of the
sheets/bands is possible using the flexographic printing process.

Structure of the machine:

- Roll unwinder with control panel
- Punching unit (for tape contour and holes for tape length adjustment)
- Feed line
- Punching unit for the closure parts (left/right on the edge)
- Devices for attaching the closure parts (2 each, left/right on the edge)
- Vibration sorter for closure parts (2 each, left/right on the edge)
- Delivery line
- Delivery belt

A separate compressed air connection is required to operate the machine.
